Welcome to Big4Events. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Big4Events provides a platform for discovering and registering for events hosted by the Big 4 consulting firms. By registering for events through our platform:

• You acknowledge that we may share your registration information with the event host
• You agree to comply with any additional terms, conditions, or requirements specified by the event host
• You understand that Big4Events is not responsible for the content, quality, or management of the events
• You accept that event cancellations, changes, or refunds are subject to the policies of the event host

5. User Content

Our services may allow you to post, link, store, share, or otherwise provide content. You are responsible for any content that you submit, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting content on our site, you grant us the right to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through our services. You retain any and all of your rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services.

You represent and warrant that your content does not violate any rights of any party, including intellectual property rights and rights of privacy and publicity, and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Big4Events and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of (i) your use and access of the service, by you or any person using your account; (ii) a breach of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
